Available through Corn to its members, the offering connects digital wealth with one of the most coveted forms of luxury ownership.

The private island features four fully furnished, four-bedroom villas, each priced at $18 million, with the entire island available for $72 million. All purchase transactions will run through Corn’s stablecoin payment infrastructure, with purchases settled in USDC on Base. Prospective buyers can register their interest through Corn, which will coordinate membership, availability and the purchase process.

The island sits at the southern edge of the Baccarat Maldives main island, with its own reef and beach frontage, gated access via a private causeway, a dedicated island security team and around-the-clock staffing. Each villa features expansive living spaces, a private gym, twin yoga pavilions, a 20-metre pool and wraparound terraces with front and rear sea views.

The collaboration introduces a new way for digital asset holders to acquire exceptional real estate. Through Corn, buyers can use the stablecoins they already hold, bringing digital assets directly into the purchase of a Baccarat residence.
